Full Conference Registration includes full day on Wednesday and full day on Thursday. Meals included: continuous morning beverage service, lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday.  Contracted hotels serve free breakfast.

The 2026 APA AZ State Planning Conference - Historic Routes, Timeless Skies is being held on November 4-5, 2026 at the High Country Conference Center in Flagstaff, AZ. Historic routes remind us where we have traveled, while timeless skies invite us to imagine what comes next. Flagstaff is the 2026 International Dark Skies Place of the Year and one of the Arizona cities celebrating the Route 66 Centennial. These unique themes are interwoven across five tracks:
