The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is hiring for the Gov’t to Gov’t Unit Manager position in the Santa Fe office! This position manages the Government to Government Unit in the Multimodal Planning and Programs Bureau of the New Mexico Department of Transportation Planning Division. This position directly supervises 3 full-time planning staff. The Government to Government Unit coordinates transportation planning efforts with the state's five Metropolitan Planning Organizations and seven Regional Transportation Planning Organizations, works on program and project management, assists the Bureau with the development and implementation of multimodal transportation plans, and assists with other transportation planning efforts as identified by the Bureau and Division.

Salary range from $75,775 - $113,663 / annually, with benefits. The position is full time and in-person in Santa Fe, NM. The job posting closes on 8/19/2026.
