Our Planning Division plays an important role in guiding community growth and development. We work with residents, property owners, developers and others to navigate the City's Comprehensive Plan, land use policies and Development Code. Our team reviews a wide variety of land use applications, from subdivisions and development proposals to variances and other planning matters.
