An inspiring public–private partnership redefining how communities address veteran homelessness through innovative land use, compassionate, trauma-informed design, and coordinated wrap-around services. This session explores how tiny home communities–paired with onsite case management and integrated support creates sustainable pathways out of homelessness and how this adaptable model can be implemented in communities of all sizes, from urban centers to rural and Tribal settings.
