The 2008 Western Planner Conference was held in Cheyenne August 5-8, 2008.

The historic Plains Hotel ( 1-866-275-2467 ) in the heart of Downtown Cheyenne hosted the event, and the host committee worked very hard to make the experience, “Not just another planning conference.” Participants got to explore downtown & local eateries for lunch, and sessions that went beyond other planners telling you how to do your job, instead presenters focused on useful skills for success.

Getting to Cheyenne... Just 90-minutes from Denver International Airport, Cheyenne is easy to get to. Fly in to DIA and take the airport shuttle ($37) or fly direct to Cheyenne and take the compli-mentary shuttle to the Plains Hotel. Downtown Cheyenne has everything you need in close proximity. Located at the crossroads of I-80 and I-25, Cheyenne’s on your way...
